1-ON-1 BIOENERGETIC SESSIONS
Deeply personal.
Profoundly effective.
One-to-one sessions are where we go deep. Using the NES Health body-field assessment alongside integrative health coaching, we map exactly what your terrain needs and build a support plan around you.
Every session is bespoke. There is no protocol, no checklist. There is you, your body, and a framework that actually accounts for complexity.
Sessions are held online via video call and typically run 60-75 minutes. A full NES Health scan report is included with every session.
SUPPORT GROUP (CHAPTER C)
You are not alone in this.
Chapter C is a small, intimate online support group for people navigating cancer. It meets fortnightly and is led by a practitioner, not just a moderator.
Every session combines education with community, you'll leave knowing something new about your body, and feeling genuinely held by people who truly understand.
